I believe your headline is misleading. The body of your story informs that the study covers only veterans seeking VA services so a more accurate headline would have been: 15% of Veterans Seeking VA services Report Sexual Trauma. There is a big difference between the two.

I think that calling women on our front lines a Social-Engineering Experiment is laughable.  Rather than place responsibility on the abusers you are using the hackneyed "asking for it" excuse that date rapists quote.  Are we saying that by serving our country in the face of war and sexism that thay are somehow responsible?  Are black children who endured abuse from their white counterparts during the integration of American schools also responsible for what they endured?

The Social-Engineering Experiment that brought women to the front-lines of America's combat forces is failing, yet if you ask a Conservative 'where/when' this Social-Engineering Experiment was concocted in the first place, you need only look to the Clinton Administration.

Wait, where are the conservatives? The ones that supposedly support our troops? The ones that endlessly bash liberals for their un-American views on other pages of Newsweek.com. They have nothing to say on this issue? Is the sexual harassment of our brave female troops not on their minds?
